Our project aimed to revolutionize staff learning within VCA clinics by introducing an interactive physical map accompanied by cards and a booklet. Our primary objective was to empower VCA managers with the tools and knowledge to enhance patient experience and foster an exceptional work environment for their staff. The interactive experience encouraged engagement through hands-on participation, utilizing cards, newsletters, and VCA materials to prompt interaction with the map. By leveraging real data and scenarios relevant to staff roles, the interactive cards served as effective teaching aids, enabling facilitators to demonstrate best practices in patient care. The final product was met with enthusiasm and acclaim at a conference attended by 600 VCA employees, signaling its potential for widespread adoption. Each manager now possesses the map and cards to impart valuable insights to their respective clinic staff, ensuring a ripple effect of improved service and workplace satisfaction throughout VCA’s network of clinics across the United States.
